The September 2023 WellNYS challenge: Train your brain
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for September 2023, which encourages employees to take on some brain-training activities.
The calendar offers helpful ideas throughout the month of different mind-boosting exercises to engage in and build healthy brain aging.
The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.
You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
Want to learn more about healthy brain aging? Attend the free WellNYS webinar on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at noon for tips to boost cognition.
