The November 2022 WellNYS challenge: Plan positive for tomorrow
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for November 2022, which encourages employees to plan to do something positive each day.
The calendar suggests that employees make plans for the next day that boost your mood, build resilience, increase motivation, and decrease negativity.
The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.
You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more ideas for self-care and enjoyment.
If you’re interested in more ways you can boost positivity in your life, EAP is offering a webinar on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 12 p.m. on the topic. Register here for the training session.
About the Employee Assistance Program
The mission of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide a comprehensive, confidential, worksite-based program to support faculty and staff, as well as their families, in navigating emotional, legal, financial, grief, change, relationship, substance or domestic violence issues.
EAP is funded through the collective bargaining agreements between the State of New York and the public employee unions: CSEA, PEF, UUP, NYSCOPBA, GSEU, Council 82, and DC-37. The Office of Employee Relations (OER) contributes on behalf of Management/ Confidential employees.
