CORTLAND, NY — The men’s basketball team traveled to Cortland tonight and fell to the Red Dragons 67-42. Cortland led by 11 points at halftime and kept the lead in double figures the entire second half.
Kyle Nelson and Victor Alvarez led the Hawks with seven points each, as Nelson grabbed a team high six boards. Lee Bertram and Jimmy Sugrue each chipped in with six points.
New Paltz falls to 6-9 and returns to action Saturday afternoon against SUNYIT at 4:00 pm.
