NEW PALTZ, NY — Michelle Coombs (Newburgh, NY) was selected ECAC Div III Swimmer of the Week for the week ending January 20th. This is her second ECAC selection of the season. She earned the honor for the week ending December 2nd.
Coombs captured four individual events and participated in a relay victory during the week. She won the 50 free (24.42) and the 100 back (59.45) in a 113-87 win over Stevens Tech. Later in the week, Coombs claimed the 50 free (24.78), the 100 free (53.57), and was part of the winning 400 medley relay (4:05.25) at the RPI Invitational.
