Women’s Tennis Team Establishes Single-Season Record For Wins

HOBOKEN, NJ- — The SUNY New Paltz women’s tennis team established a single-season record for wins with a 7-2 triumph over Stevens Institute of Technology this afternoon.

The win improved the Hawks record in dual matches to 13-2 this fall. The previous mark for wins in a single-season was 12 established by the 2001 squad who posted a 12-5 record.

SUNY New Paltz took five of the six singles matches and two of three in the doubles.

The Hawks will take on Montclair St. tomorrow at 1:00 p.m.
