The January 2024 WellNYS Challenge: Form healthy habits together for the new year
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for January 2024, which encourages employees to bring a friend or coworker along in establishing new year’s wellness goals.
Together, you can work on challenging yourselves to eat, sleep and spend better, exercise more and stay more organized.
View the calendar in full below for more wellness challenge ideas or here as a pdf.
You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
About the Employee Assistance Program
The mission of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide a comprehensive, confidential, worksite-based program to support faculty and staff, as well as their families, in navigating emotional, legal, financial, grief, change, relationship, substance or domestic violence issues.
EAP is funded through the collective bargaining agreements between the State of New York and the public employee unions: CSEA, PEF, UUP, NYSCOPBA, GSEU, Council 82, and DC-37. The Office of Employee Relations (OER) contributes on behalf of Management/ Confidential employees.
