The December 2023 WellNYS Challenge: Start a new, positive habit
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for December 2023, which encourages employees to start a new, healthy habit using the two-minute rule.
For just two minutes each day, you can make time to clean your room, meditate, exercise and engage in other productive habits throughout the month. This is a great practice to keep in mind as 2024 approaches.
The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.
You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
Want to learn more about quick, positive habits? Attend the free WellNYS webinar on Wednesday, Dec. 6 at noon, which will explore 24 different healthy, two-minute habits.
