The June 2023 WellNYS challenge: Start and end your day with a positive habit
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for June 2023, which encourages employees to begin and end their day by incorporating a positive self-care habit.
The calendar offers helpful ideas throughout the month of different mood-boosting activities to engage in each day, including meditation, eating healthy and writing in a journal.
The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.
You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
Want to learn more about the power of incoporating positive habits in your daily routine? Attend the free WellNYS webinar on Wednesday, June 14 for helpful suggestions.
