NEW PALTZ, NY — Thirty-Six SUNY New Paltz student-athletes distinguished themselves in the classroom during the fall semester by earning a spot on the SUNYAC All-Academic List.
The conference office recognized the SUNY New Paltz fall sport student-athletes who achieved a minimum grade-point-average of 3.3 for the fall semester.
All seven of the SUNY New Paltz fall sports were honored. The men’s and women’s cross country teams combined to place 13 on the list. The women’s soccer team garnered six while the women’s volleyball and tennis teams each had five.
The field hockey team accounted for four of the members and men’s soccer team had three.
In addition, five student-athletes also registered 4.00 grade-point averages including three from the women’s volleyball team.
