SUNY New Paltz Men’s Soccer Team Falls to Skidmore College
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — Michael Grazewski scored the game-winning goal with 5:35 left in the second overtime to lead Skidmore past SUNY New Paltz 2-1 this afternoon.
Grazewski score the goal on a header off a pass from teammate Tony Aniello. Joe Fabian (Selden, NY) scored the lone goal for New Paltz in the 34th minute to give the Hawks a 1-0 lead. Matt Naventi tied the game at 64:52 off a pass from Will Mudge to send it into overtime.
Rollie Lielman had five saves for Skidmore while Brendan Morris had eight saves for the Hawks. Skidmore has won four overtime games this season.
