The May 2024 WellNYS Challenge: Get physically active

The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for May 2024, which encourages employees to make time for physical activity.

The EAP offers different tips to incorporate exercise, such as walking, running or lifting weights, into your daily routine. Adults are recommended to spend 150 minutes a week exercising according to medical guidelines, and this month’s challenge is designed to help you meet this recommendation.

You can also attend a free webinar on Wednesday, May 1 at noon for more tips on getting active.

View the calendar in full below for more wellness challenge ideas or here as a pdf, or take a look at EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
