The March 2024 WellNYS Challenge: Opt for cooking at home over takeout

The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for Mrach 2024, which encourages employees to cook at home after a long day of work, as opposed to eating out at a restaurant.

The EAP offers different ways to incorporate cooking home meals into your daily routine, from shopping tips to visiting your local farmer’s market.

You can also attend free webinars on Wednesday, March 6 and Wednesday, March 20 at noon for more home cooking tips.

View the calendar in full below for more wellness challenge ideas or here as a pdf.

You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
