There are currently 18 active cases of COVID-19 in our campus community. All are students. Eleven students are isolating on campus, and all others are isolating off campus.
Since Jan. 1, 2022, there have been 446 active cases among students and 122 active cases among employees. Active cases are defined as a confirmed positive COVID-19 test among members of our community who have been on campus while possibly infectious.
There were 331 tests conducted at our on-campus Awosting Hall testing site from May 8-14. The positivity rate of those tests was 6.3%.

According to the CDC, Ulster County’s current COVID-19 Community Level is High. The county’s current seven-day testing positivity rate is 14%, as reported by the CDC.
