The March 2022 WellNYS challenge: Avoid distracted eating!
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for March 2022, encouraging state employees to practice mindful eating.
The calendar offers ideas for eating well and eating in the moment, including eating without distractions such as the TV, making your lunch break “your time” and and taking stock of your general eating habits.
