As classes end and we turn to finals, try these #NPStressBusters

The Division of Student Affairs and the Department of Athletics, Wellness & Recreation have been working hard to bring back the annual tradition of #NPStressBusters programs, to support our students and help them focus on finishing the year strong.

This year’s #NPStressBusters schedule is tailor made to connect with students via remote platforms. It includes live workout classes, videos to enhance mindset, mindfulness, meditation, virtual gaming leagues and motivational quotes.

The programming team will also be posting daily Skills to Chill: Tips and best practices aimed at helping students care for themselves during times of high stress. The series launched on Monday, May 4, encouraging people to set a daily schedule including work and recreation to get through the day.

If you’re looking to catch your breath between final exams, research projects and papers, follow @npwellrec on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for info about events and daily Skills to Chill, and tag your posts with #NPStressBusters and #SkillsToChill to let us know what you’re doing to decompress.
