Sophomore Dale Cornelius (Carle Place, NY) has been named to the College Division Softball District I All-Academic second team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
Cornelius carried a 3.77 grade point average in art education and is member of the SUNYAC All-Academic team. She started all 43 games this season, splitting time between designated hitter and catcher. Cornelius hit .331 on the season and finished second on the team with 45 hits and 33 RBI.
