NEW PALTZ, NY — The SUNY New Paltz men’s volleyball team fell to 1-2 in the North Eastern Collegiate Volleyball Association following a 3-1 loss to Mount St. Vincent this evening.
The Hawks won the opening game by a score of 30-25 but then dropped the next three games, 30-25, 30-25 and 30-27.
Senior Chris Ganje led the Hawks with 21 kills, six digs and four blocks. Junior Ryan Bullard added 12 kills and seven digs for SUNY New Paltz who is now 2-5 overall.
Mount St. Vincent (3-2, 3-1) was led by Wilson Tran who finished with 22 kills, seven digs and three blocks.
