NEW PALTZ – — The SUNY New Paltz women’s basketball program has announced the formation of the Hudson Valley Hoop Group and will conduct four clinics for area girls in grades three through eight.
The Hudson Valley Hoop Group will meet every Sunday from November 17 to December 8 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Elting Gymnasium on the campus of SUNY New Paltz.
Head Women’s Basketball Coach Brad Duckworth, his coaching staff and members of the basketball team will be on hand each week to conduct the program that will emphasize skill development in dribbling, passing, shooting and offensive and defensive concepts.
A registration fee of $85 for the four-week program is due by November 15 to: SUNY New Paltz Athletics, Attention women’s basketball, Elting Gym Room 205, 75 S. Manheim Blvd., New Paltz, NY 12561.
