NEW PALTZ – — SUNY New Paltz women’s volleyball setter Jennifer Hollis (Livingston, NJ – Livingston HS) was named to the all-tournament team at the Dominican College Invitational on Oct. 5.
Hollis, a junior, had a .750 hitting percentage and averaged 6.1 assists and 2.1 digs per game for the Hawks who won two of three matches in the tournament.
She had 29 assists and five digs in a 3-0 win over Dominican in the opening match. Hollis then recorded a double-double, 13 assists and 10 digs, in a 3-0 loss to Molloy. She closed out the day with 25 assists, eight digs and four kills in a 3-2 victory over St. Thomas Aquinas.
In 86 games this fall, Hollis is averaging 4.0 assists and 1.3 digs per game.
The SUNY New Paltz women’s volleyball team (6-20) will play at Manhattanville College on Wednesday (Oct.9) at 7:00 p.m.
