Men’s Cross Country Finishes 3rd in Conference Championships

NEW PALTZ — New Paltz Men’s Cross Country finished 3rd out of the ten schools competing in the SUNYAC Cross Country Championships hosted by New Paltz. The Hawks finished with 94 total places behind Geneseo (34) and Plattsburgh (52).

Phil Goodwin (Rochester, NY) led the way for the Hawks finishing 5th with a time of 26.27. Chris Tuttle (Poughquag, NY) finished 11th at 26.54, Sean McCormick (Suffern, NY) was 24th at 27.32, Justin Lee (East Fishkill, NY) came in 26th at 27.42 and Gary Beers (Pearl River, NY) was 28th with a time of 27.53.
