Hawks Sweep Mount St. Vincent
RIVERDALE — SUNY New Paltz had little difficulty in sweeping Mount St. Vincent, 30-21, 30-22, 30-23, in a men’s volleyball match on Tuesday night in the Bronx.
Senior Robert Manosca was one of several Hawk players to excel, with 24 assists, six kills and five digs. Other contributors for New Paltz included Beau Warren (11 assists, six kills, six blocks, six digs), Sean Riley (eight kills, six digs, five blocks) and Jason Bateman (seven kills, four digs).
New Paltz will close the season on Thursday when it hosts Division II East Stroudsburg for a 7 p.m. match.
