The September 2024 WellNYS Challenge: Learn the art of journaling
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for September 2024, which encourages employees to embrace the art of journaling as a path to empowerment and self-care.
The EAP offers different ways to make writing down thoughts part of employees’ daily routine, including taking part in a free webinar on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at noon.
View the calendar in full below or here as a pdf, or take a look at EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
About the Employee Assistance Program
The mission of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide a comprehensive, confidential, worksite-based program to support faculty and staff, as well as their families, in navigating emotional, legal, financial, grief, change, relationship, substance or domestic violence issues.
EAP is funded through the collective bargaining agreements between the State of New York and the public employee unions: CSEA, PEF, UUP, NYSCOPBA, GSEU, Council 82, and DC-37. The Office of Employee Relations (OER) contributes on behalf of Management/Confidential employees.
