The October 2022 WellNYS challenge: Make informed health decisions

The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for October 2022, which encourages you to learn more about your health statistics.

The calendar gives ideas for checking into information on your health, and using that information to make your own health decisions.

The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.

You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more ideas for self-care and enjoyment.

About the Employee Assistance Program

The mission of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide a comprehensive, confidential, worksite-based program to support faculty and staff, as well as their families, in navigating emotional, legal, financial, grief, change, relationship, substance or domestic violence issues.

EAP is funded through the collective bargaining agreements between the State of New York and the public employee unions: CSEA, PEF, UUP, NYSCOPBA, GSEU, Council 82, and DC-37. The Office of Employee Relations (OER) contributes on behalf of Management/ Confidential employees.
