COVID-19 Dashboard Report: Jan. 4, 2022
There are currently 9 active cases of COVID-19 in our campus community. Eight are employees and one is a student. All are isolating off campus. We are not aware of any COVID-19-related hospitalizations among students, faculty or staff during the 2021-22 academic year.
Our COVID-19 dashboard has been reset for the spring 2022 term. Fall 2021 statistics on total cases, tests conducted and positivity rate have been archived. Effective Jan 1, any new cases of COVID-19 in our campus community will be counted in our tally for spring 2022.
On-campus testing at Awosting Hall resumes Wednesday, Jan. 5, on a reduced winter session schedule. Make an appointment here. Five-day-per-week on-campus testing will resume on Jan. 24.
Ulster County’s current seven-day testing positivity rate is 12.75%, as reported by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC).
