Women’s Lacrosse Loses To Manhattanville
KINGSTON — Katie Frattarola and Ann Spataro scored five goals apiece, as Manhattanville College defeated SUNY New Paltz, 17-4, in women’s lacrosse on Wednesday night at Kingston’s Dietz Stadium.
Frattarola also added three assists, Liz McNamee had four goals and three assists, and Natasha Rubinstein scored three goals for the (4-3) Valiants, which outshot New Paltz 34-17 in the contest. Angela Lozado made eight saves for her fourth victory.
Meanwhile, Katie Sharp scored twice in the loss for New Paltz (0-8), while Kim Baldwin and Diane Gilberti each scored once, and Adrian Grasso made 13 saves.
The Hawks are at Oneonta for an 1 p.m. SUNYAC match on Saturday.
