The July 2024 WellNYS Challenge: Get ready for the Olympics!
As the U.S. awaits the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris later this month, the Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for July 2024, which encourages employees to embrace their inner athlete, or Francophile.
The EAP offers different ways you can work out like Michael Phelps or Simone Biles, or learn about French culture, each day. State employees can take on physical activities and go about their day like a French person all month long, with daily challenges such as learning common French words and spending a lunch break at a cafe.
You are also invited to take part in a WellNYS Summer Experience from July 26-Aug. 11 for more tips on celebrating the Paris Olympics.
View the calendar in full below for more wellness challenge ideas or here as a pdf, or take a look at EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
