Updates from Mail Services for the spring 2024 semester

Mail Services shares the following updates and reminders for faculty and staff this spring:

Please continue to come to Mail Services in the Haggerty Administration Building for all mail needs (pickup incoming/send outgoing) until further notice. We will notify campus when staff will resume pickup/delivery across departments and areas.

All intercampus mail must have the Department Name listed first.

The mail window closest to the HAB basement doors is for faculty/staff. This is separate from the line and window serving students.

Before visiting Mail Services, please address all outgoing boxes like a letter and include your department account number.

FedEx/Ground packages must be dropped off by 9 a.m. and a phone number is required for mailing.
