Holistic Hawks hosts series of #StressBusters to mark the end of the fall 2023 semester

With the fall 2023 semester coming to an end, SUNY New Paltz’s Holistic Hawks committee is offering multiple Stressbuster events from Dec. 11-21 to help New Paltz students through Finals Week and prepare to transition to winter break.

Here are some of the highlights of the fall 2023 #StressBusters events:

Get a free hot chocolate and fresh air with a Sip and Stroll Thursday, Dec. 14, hosted by the Career Resource Center. The refreshing fun starts in HUM 105 at 2 p.m.

The Psychological Counseling Center offers support with Art Your Stress Away on Dec. 19 and Let’s Talk on Dec. 13 and 20.

Have you met Ellie yet? Meet the University Police Department’s dog Ellie over a free pick-me-up with Ellie Loves You a Latte, Thursday, Dec. 14 at the Sojourner Truth Library Lobby

Have some morning favorites at night in Peregrine Dining Hall with a Late Night Breakfast, Wednesday, Dec. 13 starting at 9 p.m.

You know it, you love it! Finals Fuel is back in the Sojourner Truth Library Lobby on Wednesday, Dec. 20. Before the official end of Finals Week, stop by for some energizing snacks and words of encouragement, courtesy of the Office of Alumni relations.

That’s just a small sample of everything there is to offer. Other #StressBusters events include a game night, trivia event, a movie screening and many more.
