The July 2023 WellNYS challenge: Go outside and enjoy nature
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for July 2023, which encourages employees to explore the outdoors and take in natural wonders in New York State.
The calendar offers helpful ideas throughout the month of different outdoor activities to enjoy each day, including hiking, gardening, and visiting popular tourist attractions such as Niagara Falls.
The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.
You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more self-care ideas.
Want to learn more about how to explore the great outdoors? Attend the free WellNYS webinar on Wednesday, July 12 on hiking destinations in New York State.
