Campus Food Pantry hosting an open house Feb. 8; open on weekdays thereafter
The Campus Food Pantry invites you to an Open House on Feb. 8 from 2 – 5 p.m. to learn more about the services they offer to the campus community.
From there on, the Campus Food Pantry will continue serving on- and off-campus students, and on-campus faculty and staff, through the spring 2023 semester. The pantry can also be accessed remotely on weekends.
Regular hours this semester are as follows:
Monday 7 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Tuesdays 12 – 6 p.m.
Wednesdays 3 – 5 p.m.
Thursdays 1 – 3 p.m.
Fridays 3 – 5 p.m.
The pantry offers non-perishable food and many personal care items. With higher prices of groceries and gas, there is a greater need for a food pantry to assist the campus community.
Anyone connected with SUNY New Paltz–faculty, staff, or student–is welcome to either complete an electronic order form online, and pick up food soon afterwards in the basement of Haggerty, by the mailroom, or come in and complete an order form in person.
The Pantry is co-sponsored by The Student Christian Center and Episcopal Campus Ministry, working with Campus Auxiliary Services.
The Food Pantry staff is available to answer questions at nppantry@gmail.com. You can also follow them on Instagram @nppantry.
