The February 2023 WellNYS challenge: Explore the eight wellness dimensions
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for February 2023, which encourages employees to improve their physical, intellectual, spiritual, financial, emotional, environmental, occupational and social wellness.
The calendar offers ways throughout the month that you can improve yourself in these eight different respects.
The calendar can be viewed in full below or downloaded here as a pdf.
You can also read EAP’s monthly newsletter, Frontline Employee, for more ideas for self-care and enjoyment.
About the Employee Assistance Program
The mission of the Employee Assistance Program is to provide a comprehensive, confidential, worksite-based program to support faculty and staff, as well as their families, in navigating emotional, legal, financial, grief, change, relationship, substance or domestic violence issues.
EAP is funded through the collective bargaining agreements between the State of New York and the public employee unions: CSEA, PEF, UUP, NYSCOPBA, GSEU, Council 82, and DC-37. The Office of Employee Relations (OER) contributes on behalf of Management/ Confidential employees.
