The January WellNYS challenge: Health over wealth
The Employee Assistance Program’s WellNYS Everyday site has published its Daily To-Do calendar for January 2022, encouraging state employees to “set a new health-related goal and track your progress.”
Whether you want to focus on nutrition, physical activity, stress management or a combination of goals, the WellNYS calendar has ideas for helping you make progress this month.
