Productivity Enhancement Program enrollment for 2022 is open now through Nov. 29

SUNY New Paltz employees may now enroll in the 2022 Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP), which allows those eligible to exchange accrued vacation and/or personal leave for a credit to be applied toward New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) premiums.

Eligible full-time and part-time employees who enroll in PEP for 2022 will forfeit annual leave at the time of enrollment in return for the credit, which will be applied toward the employee share of NYSHIP premiums on a biweekly basis for each pay period.

Employees interested in enrolling in the 2022 Productivity Enhancement Program must fill out the correct form and submit it to the Payroll Office (HAB 301) by close-of-business on Nov. 29, 2021. Enrollment forms received after Nov. 29 cannot be accepted.

If you are currently enrolled in PEP for 2021 and remain eligible to participate, you must reenroll to continue your benefits in 2022.

Please note that there is one form for UUP and M/C employees, and another form for CSEA and PEF employees, as described below.
