All SUNY New Paltz faculty and staff are invited to attend a virtual General Education (GE) Forum on Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 3 – 5 p.m.
The GE Forum will focus on the assessment process, with a review of 2020-21 assessment results and initiation of the 2021-22 assessment cycle.

Last year’s GE assessment covered the World Civilizations, United States Studies and Basic Communication-Oral categories. Find the spring 2021 GE Assessment Report here.
The 2021-22 GE assessment will focus on The Arts, Foreign Language, Basic Communication-Written and Mathematics.
The GE Board encourages everyone with an interest in GE to attend, and is especially interested in hearing from those who teach in the categories listed above.
