All SUNY New Paltz faculty and staff are invited to attend a virtual General Education (GE) Forum on Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 3 – 5 p.m.
The GE Forum will focus on the assessment process, with a review of 2020-21 assessment results and initiation of the 2021-22 assessment cycle.
Please use this link to join the Oct. 20 GE Forum on Webex when it begins.
Last year’s GE assessment covered the World Civilizations, United States Studies and Basic Communication-Oral categories. Find the spring 2021 GE Assessment Report here.
The 2021-22 GE assessment will focus on The Arts, Foreign Language, Basic Communication-Written and Mathematics.
The GE Board encourages everyone with an interest in GE to attend, and is especially interested in hearing from those who teach in the categories listed above.
If you have questions, please feel free to contact Anne Deutsch (GE Board Chair, firstname.lastname@example.org) or Rebecca Longtin (GE Board Deputy Chair, email@example.com).
