New WellNYS site offers wellness resources and monthly challenges to help build healthy habits
The Employee Assistance Program has created a new centralized hub of resources for New York State employees, including everything from directions to great hikes and walking trails, to meditation and mindfulness apps, to a directory of local farmer’s markets.
The WellNYS Everyday site also gets updated once a month with calendars and to-do lists designed to motivate you to try new things and develop good habits. The March calendar, which can be viewed in full below, is focused on inspiring New Yorkers to try new recipes in the kitchen.
