More than 50 SUNY New Paltz classified staff members were recognized for either being promoted or joining the College staff at the annual classified staff gathering on Friday, Oct. 9. In addition, Steven Rider Sr., motor equipment mechanic in the Department of Facilities Operations, was presented with a SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Classified Service by College President Donald P. Christian.
