It is with great sadness that the College reports the passing of M. Celia Coulter, former associate librarian, on April 25, 2015, at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She was 99.
Coulter graduated from Delaware Academy, Delhi, N.Y., as valedictorian and received a scholarship to Cornell University. She then went on to attend SUNY Albany, and upon graduation began working at SUNY New Paltz in 1955 until her retirement in 1985.
In addition to her love of traveling, Coulter was a longtime member of the Bovina United Presbyterian Church.
