SUNY New Paltz recognized with three SUNYCUAD Awards

New Paltz’s Office of Communication and Marketing was recognized by The State University of New York Council for University Advancement (SUNYCUAD) with three Awards for Excellence. The recognition included one Best of Category award for the College’s Awareness and Promotional Campaign and two Judges’ Citation awards in the web and social media categories.

The Awards for Excellence, which are judged by SUNY colleagues and experts in the field, must meet the following criteria: creativity, innovation, adherence to professional standards, and success in meeting stated objectives with available resources. Best of Category is awarded for exceptional planning and execution of the program or products. In addition, up to two Judges’ Citations can recognize work in each of the categories. The Awards for Excellence were awarded at SUNYCUAD’s annual conference held in Lake Placid, N.Y., from June 4-6.
