Sunday, November 21 marks the eighth annual “Gala Celebrating New Paltz,” honoring Professor Emerita, Department of Music and community volunteer,Barbara Hardgrave. Kick off the holiday season with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvre reception and silent auction bidding starting at 5 p.m. at Mohonk Mountain House, followed by dinner and dancing at 7 p.m. with music provided by Bill’s Toupee.
With historic Mohonk Mountain House as an elegant backdrop, notable community members and business leaders will dine, dance and mingle throughout the evening. All proceeds will be added to a scholarship endowment for students from Ulster, Dutchess and Orange counties attending the College, and to the Barbara Hardgrave Voice Scholarship.
