#21 Vassar Defeats Hawks 8-1 in Women’s Tennis
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY- The SUNY New Paltz women’s tennis team ended the regular season with an 8-1 loss to #21 Vassar College.
Kayla DiPaulo had the lone win for the Hawks in the fourth single match.

1st doubles: Pontee/Backer (V) def. Schara/Garyn (NP), 8-0
2nd doubles: Beckerman/Nicole Block (V) def. Wilson/DiPaulo (NP), 8-1
3rd doubles: Santiago/Carolina Dunn-Rankin (V) def. Lyndsey Lovinger/Kerri Serkes (NP), 8-3
Vassar improves to 2-1 on the season.
The Hawks end the regular season at 9-2 overall and 6-1 in the SUNYAC. New Paltz is back in action this weekend in the SUNYAC Championships in Manlius, New York.
