NEW PALTZ, NY — The ECAC has announced that senior Lauren Motzkin was selected as the Division III – Upstate softball player of the week for the week ending March 30th. In a two game sweep of Mount Saint Mary, Motzkin hit .857 (6-of-7) at the plate. The senior had two doubles, scored five runs, drove in three runs, and stole two bases.
The softball team returns to action this weekend when they travel to Fredonia on Friday and Buffalo State on Saturday.
