NEW YORK, NY — The men’s volleyball traveled to NYU tonight and fell to the Violets 3-1. NYU took the first two games 30-25, 30-23 before the Hawks earned a 30-26 win in game three. NYU took the fourth game 30-25 to end the match.
Sophomore Alex Jackson led the attack for New Paltz hitting .406% with 17 kills. Mark Blair and Ryan Huberty each finished with 14 kills. Stephen Pendleton handed out 47 assists and Pedro Medina collected 12 digs.
New Paltz falls to 0-4 and will return to action on January 24th when they travel to Hunter for a 7:00 pm match.
