NEW PALTZ, NY — Erin Fitzpatrick (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem) has been named the SUNYAC softball player of the week. Fitzpatrick paced New Paltz to a 3-1 week, hitting .667 (10 of 15) with two homeruns, including the first of her collegiate career. She also added seven RBIs, a double and two stolen bases. Fitzpatrick leads the Hawks with a .388 batting average.
