PURCHASE, NY – — The SUNY New Paltz women’s volleyball team defeated Manhattanville 3-1 this evening. The Hawks won for the fifth time in their last six matches to raise record to 7-20 on the year.
SUNY New Paltz won the first two games (30-14, 30-23) before dropping the third 23-30. The Hawks used a 30-25 win in game four to claim the match.
Junior Jennifer Hollis had 38 assists and senior Jackie Goldstein added 16 kills. The Hawks also received five kills and three blocks from freshman Katy Jerome.
