Hawks Blank Ramapo
NEW PALTZ — SUNY New Paltz had little difficulty in defeating Ramapo College, 9-0, on Tuesday afternoon at New Paltz’s Air Structure.
Kingston graduate Justin Jourden, Chris Knoblauch, Ed Paulinski and Tiberiu Taran each won at singles and doubles to pace New Paltz (3-3). The team of Eric Gullickson and Andrew Lehr won third doubles, while Onteora product Josh Elohim (fifth singles) and David Bridglall (sixth singles) earned the Hawks’ two other singles points.
New Paltz is at Rensselaer at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow.
