NEW PALTZ — When SUNY New Paltz’s basketball teams host Oswego on Tuesday night at Elting Gymnasium, more will be at stake than simply two key SUNYAC contests.
As part of the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) “Coaches vs. Cancer” program, all gate receipts that night will be donated to charity. The program, held successfully on other college campuses across the country over the past few years, helps fund the important work of the American Cancer Society.
The women’s game starts at 6:00 p.m., and the men’s contest will follow at 8:00 p.m. Admission for the doubleheader is just $3.00 for adults and $1.00 for children under 12.
