STEP and CSTEP provide academic enrichment and support for historically underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students beginning in the middle school through college. The program is funded by the New York State Education Department and is a statewide network focused on helping to prepare students for higher education and increase the number who earn degrees in STEM and majors that lead to careers in licensed professions. STEP and CSTEP provide a variety of services which include academic and career related workshops, tutoring, fieldtrips, research opportunities, and skill building exercises.
