“Test Your Human Resource Knowledge” Game Show Event

Students and professionals are invited to attend the annual Joint Chapter Meeting hosted by the State University of New York at New Paltz Management Association (MA) and the Mid-Hudson Human Resources Association (MHHRA) on Thursday, October 14 at the College Terrace on campus. The evening begins with networking and registration at 5:15pm, followed by dinner at 6:00pm and a "Test Your Human Resource Knowledge” Game Show Event. Students and professionals will team to answer human resource questions that are typically found at the Northeast Regional HR Games and on HR certification exams. Sam Laganaro, Director of Human Resources at New Horizons Resources Inc., will facilitate the event. The winners of the game show will receive prizes.

Please RSVP by October 6. The cost, which includes hors d’oeuvres, a dinner buffet, and dessert, is $20 for students and $30 for professionals. Students may make payment via meal card, cash, or check.

The Management Association is the New Paltz student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and MHHRA is its SHRM parent professional chapter.
