Dear New Paltz Students,

The Student Association Senate is looking to fill vacant positions for the spring 2025 semester. Joining the Senate is a wonderful opportunity to represent your peers and make real change happen on campus.

The following seats are open:

Bliss Hall Senator

Capen Hall Senator

College/Shango Hall Senator

Gage Hall Senator

Lenape Hall Senator

Ridgeview Hall Senator

Shawangunk Hall Senator

Scudder Hall Senator

Senator for the School of Business

Senator for the School of Education

Sophomore Student Senator

Junior Student Senator

Graduate Student Senator

Commuter Student Senator

Senate Meetings will be held on a weekly basis on Thursdays from 5-7 p.m. in SUB 62/63. In addition to these meetings, Senators are also required to serve on two committees within the Student Association. These time commitments are crucial to your success as a student senator.
