Rock out on Reunion Weekend: Questionable Authorities benefit concert for the Student Crisis Fund on Friday, Oct. 18

Questionable Authorities, New Paltz’s number one all-faculty rock band, is bringing the party to Alumni Reunion 2024 with a fundraising concert on Friday, Oct. 18, at 8 p.m. at Bacchus Restaurant in downtown New Paltz.

This special “New Paltz Got Talent” performance will see the band invite fellow faculty and staff up on stage to showcase their musical skills across genres.

This is a free event with a suggested donation (cash or Venmo), with 100% of proceeds going to the Student Crisis Fund, which provides direct financial support to students who are facing sudden hardship as a result of an accident, illness, natural disaster or other unforeseen event.

Founded in 2003, Questionable Authorities is the premier all-professor punk-rock band of the Hudson Valley, featuring:

Mo ‘Mo Betta’ Morrow (Biology)
Raj ‘Dark Energy’ Pandya (Physics & Astronomy)
Glenn ‘the Caveman’ Geher (Psychology)
Annee ‘Roach’ Roschelle (Sociology)
Brian ‘the Reverand’ Obach (Sociology)

Their music is dedicated to former drummer and founding member of Questionable Authorities, the late sociology professor Peter Kaufman.
